Members of the Hancock Place High School Varsity H Letterman's Club have partnered with students in our CBVI program for the first time at the Special Olympics of Missouri.  "Traditionally, we volunteer as coaches and buddies, but this year year we had the opportunity to participate in the Unified program with the Special Olympics," stated sponsor, Ms. Amie Branch.

The idea of the Unified program is to bring together students with and without intellectual disabilities to compete together as teammates.  Participating in the Unified Sports Program is just one step toward Hancock Place High School becoming a Unified Champion School. Varsity H has partnered with the Special Olympics for over 20 years now.
